How To Book
Select your act from the website - use the website to find your chosen act or band.
Enquire - Once you've found the act(s) or band(s) you are interested in you can contact us either by filling out our enquiry form or by calling us. Please try to provide as much information in your enquiry as possible including approximate timings, location of your event, likely number of guests and if possible your approximate budget for an act.
Price and act availability check - When we have the necessary details, we'll contact your chosen acts and bands to check their availability and get a confirmed price for your event. As soon as we have heard from them we'll be straight back in touch so you can make a decision.
Confirmation of booking - If you would like to go ahead and book an act or band, we'll take some final details (contact details, address, timings etc) before sending out a contract for you to sign and return. A non-refundable deposit, usually equal to 15% of the acts fee is required to secure your act - payable either by cheque or BACS transfer. The balance is to be received no later than 14 days prior to the event. Balance payment to the act on the night can on occasions be accepted
Note - when booking an original/named recording artist for your event, a larger deposit amount may be required to secure your booking.
